- The Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria has received a credit from the International Development Association toward the cost of Kaduna State Adolescent Girls’ Initiative for Learning and Empowerment Project (AGILE), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Contract for the PROCUREMENT OF ICT DEVICES FOR THE DELIVERY OF DIGITAL SKILLS TRAINING IN 100 SCHOOLS (2500 ALL-IN-ONE DESKTOP COMPUTERS, 100 PROJECTORS, 100 PROJECTOR SCREENS) AND FURNITURE—BATCH 2.
- The Kaduna State Adolescent Girls’ Initiative for Learning and Empowerment Project (AGILE) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for:

- Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Kaduna State Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment (AGILE) Project, Ojeh Peter Otsaje-Onazi 08059171507 in charge and inspect the bidding document during office hours at the address given below:

- The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of N50,000. The method of payment will be Bank draft. The document will be sent by physical submission.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below KADAGILE conference room AGILE SPIU, STATE SECRETARIAT, MINISTRY OF EDUCATION on or before 12:00 noon time on 26th August 2025. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address above at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 26th August 2025.
- All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Security Declaration
