The Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment (AGILE) Project has flagged off the distribution of 1,250 Computers, 50 Projectors, 50 Motorised Projector Screen, 50 Fireproof Safes, 12 Months Internet Connectivity, and 5KVA Solar Power Solution to 50 Schools.
This is to support the Schools with the necessary infrastructure to deliver robust digital literacy training for students across the selected schools.
The activity was chaired by the Permanent Secretary, of Kaduna State Teachers Service Board who represented the Commissioner, Ministry of Education Prof. Muhammad Sani Bello.
Each school was provided with 25 Computers, a Projector, a Projector Screen, Fireproof Safe, 5KVA Solar and 12 Months Internet Connectivity.
Notable personalities from the Teachers Service Board, State Universal Basic Education Board, Kaduna State Schools Quality Assurance Authority and the Planning and Budget Commission graced the event held at Silversand Hotel, Kaduna.

this will aid the young girls to learn new skills and confidently navigate to the digital landscape. as our society becoming more digital toaday, the presence of this initiative will unluck more opportunities for the students to embrace the power of technology. With minimal ICT equipments, teachers teaching ICT subjects will find it more easier to impact this knowledge to the students.
