Kaduna AGILE finalizes training of 159 trainers for the implementation of Digital Literacy training in 79 Schools.

The objective of the training is to explain the contents of the training manual developed for the implementation of digital skills intervention in the selected schools. The training manual is based on the UNESCO Digital Literacy Framework with a focus on the following topics:

• Use of digital mobile devices
• Search, locate, assess and evaluate information found on the web
• Navigating the non-linear medium of digital space
• Acquire skills on remote learning platforms
• Learn, read and deduce information from visuals and audio
• Create new learning outputs using digital technology
• Access online content
• Network and collaborate

The training was conducted on the 8^th and 9^th November 2022 at the ICT Center, Kaduna State University, Kaduna. The sessions followed an interactive brainstorming model where participants were given the opportunity to ask questions, deliberate on issues and present solutions to challenges.
